TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. BOOKING

 

1.1 STANDARD TICKET
Standard tickets can be booked free of charge on Samsø Rederi’s booking page. Click here

1.2 DICOUNT TICKET
Discount tickets such as day ticket, family ticket etc. can only be booked online on Samsø Rederi’s booking page. Click here. Conditions for the individual discount tickets are disclosed during the booking process at book.tilsamsoe.dk

1.3 CONTRACT CUSTOMERS
Tickets for contract customers can be booked free of charge on Samsø Rederi’s booking page. Click here.

2. PAYMENT

 

All tickets must be paid for when ordering by credit card or MobilePay. The following payment cards are accepted: Dankort, Visa, VisaElectron and MasterCard.

3. CHANGES

 

3.1 STANDARD TICKET
Standard tickets can be changed free of charge online up to 10 minutes before departure via Samsø Rederi’s booking page. Click here

3.2 DISCOUNT TICKETS
Discount tickets cannot be changed after purchase.

3. CONTRACT CUSTOMERS
Changes to bookings made on agreements can be changed on Samsø Rederi’s booking page. Click here.

4. REFUND / CANCELLATION

 

4.1 STANDARD TICKET
Standard tickets can be refunded free of charge online no later than 10 minutes before departure on Samsø Rederi’s booking page. Click here.

Tickets can also be refunded by contacting us in person or by telephone for a fee of DKK 30 per ticket.

4.2 DISCOUNT TICKET

The right of cancellation drops on discount tickets when the purchase is made, i.e. Offer tickets cannot be refunded after purchase.

4.3 CANCELLATION/NO SHOW FOR CONTRACT CUSTOMERS
Cancellation of bookings made by contract customers can be cancelled on Samsø Rederi’s booking page. Click here

Please note that payment of the ticket is completed if the ticket is not cancelled no later than 10 minutes before the booked departure.

5. TICKET INSPECTION

 

If a valid travel document cannot be presented at the ticket check, a check fee of DKK 800 + a standard ticket will be issued.

6. DEFINITION OF A PASSENGER CAR

Permitted total weight up to 3,500 kg. Cars that are registered for “residential use” are considered motorhomes.

7. DEFINITION OF A FAMILY TICKET

The family ticket applies to two adults and two children aged 0-15 travelling together. If these requirements are not met, the family ticket is not valid, and reference is made instead to a standard ticket.

8. CHECK IN TIME

 

The meeting time is no later than 10 minutes before scheduled departure.
The seat reservation is cancelled if the meeting time is not fulfilled.

9. COMMUTER CARD

 

The commuter card is personal and must be presented together with the ticket when boarding.

10. SENIOR TICKETS

 

As a pedestrian, you can travel on a senior ticket. The senior ticket requires the traveller to be at least 65 years old or an early pensioner.
Upon boarding, it must be possible to document that the traveller is entitled to a senior ticket, and photographic identification must be showed if requested.

11. CUSTOMER AGREEMENTS

14. PRICES AND TERMS

 

Prices are always set at the end of the year.

Samsø Rederi reserves the right to change prices and ticket types and conditions.

Samsø Rederi reserves the right to add the prices applicable an energy/fuel surcharge at any time.

Samsø Rederi reserves the right for typing errors.

15. DEPARTURES AFTER MIDNIGHT

 

If you book a trip where the travel time passes midnight, please be aware of the date change.
