If you have booked a ticket for the ferry to Samsø, whether it is our ferry between Aarhus and Sælvig or the one between Hou and Sælvig, you have to be in the harbour just 10 minutes before departure.

If you are not there 10 minutes before departure you will lose your reservation.

So up to 10 minutes before departure you can have your ticket changed or canceled.

It does not cost anything if you cancel your ticket online. If we have to do it for you, it costs DKK 30.
