If you have booked a ticket for the ferry on the route Aarhus-Sælvig, check in time is 10 minutes before planned departure time. If you are not there 10 minutes before departure you will lose your reservation.

For tickets booked for the ferry on the Hou-Sælvig route, the check in time is 10 minutes before scheduled departure for vehicles under 2,3 meters high and pedestrians.

For vehicles over 2,3 meters high, check in time is 15 minutes before scheduled departure . Your reservation expires after the check in time.

Up to 10 minutes before departure you can change or cancel your ticket.

If you cancel or change the ticket online by yourself, the cancel is free of charge. If you need our assistence, it costs DKK 30.
